Kit was specifically ( and accurately) described. It was carefully packed in densely crumpled newspaper, bubble wrap and plastic sheath. Can't vouch for customer service, as everything went right and there was no need to contact them. I was very pleased. I will use them again and I recommend them.

The kit is great quality and was exceptionally well packed for postage. Even the interior of the box has been wrapped providing superb protection for the parts. It arrived in mint condition. While it was not a cheap kit, there are no other manufacturers offering this aircraft in this scale, which justifies the value. Excellent seller, highly recommended.
