The PC boots to Windows 11. The PC came with a SSD, GPU, and the power cable as described.

Case arrived about a few days later and was extremely well packed, much cleaner and better condition than the pictures even showed and it smelled like electronics and not of smoke or some nasty smell (big deal to me). Highly recommend!
