The box it was packaged in had been ripped in half and it was poorly put back together. I believe this happened with the shipping company not the seller. Item was twisted and warped. There was no way to use it. I contacted the seller and they have been great with communication. There was not a replacement available so I received a refund without complication. I got my package in 3 days after placing order. People say that its not sellers fault if package is late, but who they chose to get it delivered in a good time frame is the benefits. I placed another order with abother seller and still not delivery yet.
