When Russia asks for help in restoring peace in the rebel-occupied territory, NATO initiates Operation Flashpoint. <br><br>Operation Flashpoint includes a single-player mode with stand alone missions, a multiplayer feature that allows up to eight players to battle terrorism together over a local network or the Internet, and a full campaign. During the campaign players can rise in rank, eventually taking command of a squad and issuing orders to fellow soldiers through a keyboard command system designed to be easy to learn and use. During each mission in the campaign mode users can save the game once at a time of their choosing.
