This 25 watt manpack version has a metal shell, 12Ah battery and automatic cooling fan. The engineering and materials are first class. It's programmable using Chirp, but some users reported problems so I'd recommend spending $25 for the RT Systems software. Csyztera-Radio gave excellent tech support - highly recommend them!
