Factory Sealed. Plastic wrap and clamshell case both have yellowing/discoloration. There are a couple tears in the plastic wrap at the top and bottom, which are pointed out in photos. There's some dirt that was able to get onto the case through these holes. Please see all photos for details. I am unable to check the condition of the tape. Thanks!
