It showed the number that he had spares for, or exchange if mine proved beyond repair. It was mended the day he received it. He phoned,and returned it by next day delivery

    I would give this service double the amount of stars for the service they give good value for money. would recommend to anyone who like us was in need of a quick repair.     I thought the plate to come in a week, in multiple pieces, in a padded envelope with a note “I hope it didn't break” or similar. HOW WRONG I WAS!!! Oversized box, with foam & packing paper to stop it from being able to move. Not only that but it's perfectly sized at 340 mm! (Seems there are 3 sizes, depending on when made (340, 343, & 345 mm).) Fabulous item, delivered speedily (the next day) & in mint condition. Perfect in all ways; a seller that I'm saving if needed in the future. Cheers!
