    The seller shipped the mixer promptly and I received it quickly. I suggest he use a larger box and bubble wrap and label Fragile for protection. The problem was that the Kitchen aid Hand mixer I purchased was not what I expected. The beaters were not sturdy as in the past and I've had several bad experiences with other mixers. This is not a negative toward the seller but the product manufacturer. I would do business with this seller again. Thanks for allowing me to keep the mixer.
