The quality in care of packaging as well was no small feat, this was a massive shelf system, and a lot of paints, and the value felt asked for what was described felt great! Unfortunately, two small items were missing, however per contact with the seller, who was fast to respond, it was sorted out and I am very satisfied over all with the entire experience. Will shop with seller again!!

It was well packed with both packing paper AND bubble wrap within a perfectly sized (just enough room to properly pack it) box. Shipping was (I seem to remember) same day. The item was reasonably priced considering I can't find it locally. All in all, GREAT experience!!!!

They confirmed I only purchased the battery and not the panel, but offered to split the cost of a solar panel. They provided the refund immediately.
