They are after all lightbulbs going through the US postal… How come scissors are packaged in Fort Knox and lightbulbs are a shell of a box ..anyhow, this seller was very good in responding immediately and offering me a refund on the broken bulb, which I thought was very fair. After all it was not their fault that the bulb was broken. They packed it with a Styrofoam around the box. 5 stars

I contacted the seller for reduced rate. They were agreeable. Items were packaged very well. I have had items shipped where there were ends or parts popping through the packaging. Not these! Also the seller packaged them on Friday, arrived next day. The shipping was reduced about half. 2 boxes; 85lbs each. Incredible! Item was clearly marked with correct address. Finally received , items survived the ordeal , thanks to sellers packaging. Would buy from seller again.
