Helped me start the return process still waiting on the refund. Other than the faulty figure the packaging was great, the original box and accessories for the figure were in great shape he took care with it but like I said it must’ve been a manufacturer’s defect. The price was great and shipping price was fair and time and as great. Would def recommend

Seller offered multiple options, but I decided refund. I submitted refund request, which was approved right away. Got return postage label and money was refunded immediately after scanned by USPS. I would highly recommend this seller, very reliable, fair and friendly. Will buy from again .
