Product Information
The hack-and-slash action of Dynasty Warriors returns with an all-new story mode that follows four rival kingdoms in a battle over China. Play as characters from the Shu, Wu, Wei, and for the first time, Jin kingdoms while following a distinct, faction-specific storyline. While the core gameplay still has you guiding a male or female warrior across a battlefield from a third-person perspective, a new weapon system lets characters choose nearly any weapon for combat, from lances and swords to arm cannons and fans. <br><br>You'll be able to equip and switch between two weapons at any point during the action. This allows for special "switch attack" combos, which unleash new forms of attacks after replacing one weapon for another. As characters defeat enemies, they will gain experience to improve their abilities. Items, skills, weapons, and hidden seals can be powered-up to new levels, granting characters bonuses to defense, health, attacks, and more. Dynasty Warriors 7 also introduces a new Chronicle Mode, which supports both local and online cooperative play with a friend.Product Identifiers
