I knew they did returns so contacted them - my fault entirely as ordered the wrong item. They couldn't have been more helpful. I looked at the description of this laptop. I liked what I saw so I bought the laptop. Communication from the Seller was great as it gave me what I needed to know at that time. The laptop arrived quickly and left my poor Wife slightly dumbfounded at the size of this bloody gingernormous box.It is definitely imposing and it gave real protection. My job is now to relearn Windows! Thank you!
