The price of the item, shipping cost, and ship time were all reasonable, but the description explicitly stated "no chips or cracks." There are 2 small chips in the glaze. They don't detract from the overall look of the piece. I'm not bothered by them. What does bother me is that the seller misrepresented this item in the listing.
