Their products are amazing and like new. I ordered a Lenovo with Windows 11. Computer arrived & well packed & like new. Unfortunately the screen was on an 18 inch stand so looking at the screen my neck hurt due to fractured vertebrae. I knew they did returns so contacted them - my fault entirely as ordered the wrong item. They couldn't have been more helpful. The laptop arrived quickly and left my poor Wife slightly dumbfounded at the size of this bloody gingernormous box.It is definitely imposing and it gave real protection.
