I have three dogs and this vaccum really does the job. When the hose broke I tried everywhere and could not find it. I even called Dirt Devil and was told they don’t sell replacement hoses. I received the wrong hose at first. However, after communicating with the seller the correct hose was sent to me and received within a few day .
