The package was very well protected including labeling the envelope with a "Caution" tape to avoid cutting into the sheet material. Item was new with tags and just as described in color and condition. I did send a prior message to the seller but did not receive a reply.

Not only in a shipping box, but in a smaller box which was inside of a beautiful gift bag and then the necklace was inside a sealed bag in the smaller box, with its original tiny bag with it! I will definitely be ordering from this seller again should they have an item I’m seeking. A+++++++++ seller!
