One hitch was the Office installed was not the lifetime version promised in the listing. However, after a couple of message exchanges with seller, seller responded quickly with a key for the Office 2021 as advertised. It is now up and running. I appreciate the fast customer service by the seller.

Only suggestion would be to package this more thoroughly with bubble tape or something to ensure no issues during transit. Great product! Great buyer! Condition is as described!
