Unit was packaged better than what would come factory, and shipping was fast and painless. 9/10 experience and will do buisness with them again if the need arises

Finding the foam filled box probably one of the best means of re-packaging I've ever come across. The Rinnai water heater was well protected, and survived shipping perfectly, and unboxed completely mess free! Shipping was great, and your replies to my LP/NG concerns were prompt and accurate. The product was exactly as described, and exactly what was needed. Thank you, and will keep an eye on your products for any future needs!
