    Heen arrived in perfect condition in his little cardboard box. I am a little bummed that I didn't receive the card that was mentioned in the description, and I am disappointed that the bag from the shop that is shown in the photos is not included either. I was really looking forward to having that bag as we didn't purchase anything from the ship while we were there. A bit misleading, but it's a minor thing. Shipping was very fast and as stated above, he arrived in perfect condition.

    Gorgeous bag that was packed very securely for shipping! The item arrived in much better condition than what was described!
