Sadly we are a little baffled of where 'nasty and disrespect' has been mentioned. Buyer has been updated and acknowledged her personalised item would be posted one working day later than the standard design would be, after confirming ok in message she then reached out and accused us of being nasty. We offered to cancel the order and refund, she wished to continue and received the item today only to then leave this feedback.
