She claims these are the best earbuds sound and quality she has ever owned. These also came with a two year warranty. I always only buy JBL from JBL, as everybody claims original products but often they are not. The only slight negative is you do not get the nice original box but a more generic box with a sticker. Overall very happy.

This is marvellous customer support, A++++++++ love you guys, i've been using JBL products since 2015, you are the best.
