The partial refund came along with ample time to allow me to search for the part. After searching and locating the part, Quinns Bargains sent me the partial refund. I found this offer quite admirable and I highly recommend Quinns Bargains.

As far as value the item itself cost $35 approx but the shipping was also $35. Shipping seems expensive but the total cost was reasonable for the item. Liked that the item was sent via USPS, fast reiable service at best price point. Overall very good service and product.
