Liked the bag so much that I purchased the 2nd bag. Seller was responsive and easy to work with! Great purchase!

When I opened the box, everything was perfect and wrapped in plastic. Someone must have opened the box, looked at it, and closed it back up. I am beyond thrilled with this faucet! It’s just perfect for my new kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. I got this for an excellent price so, all told, do not hesitate to buy from this seller! Great eBay transaction! I will happily buy from this seller again!

I reached out to the seller, they replied immediately to resolve the issue and shipped me out a new gasket right away. Excellent customer service, can't ask for anything more from a seller.
