I was the one that had to contact them and ask if it had been shipped yet and that’s when I was told they were on back order. They actually had none in stock. They shouldn’t be able to say they have more than 10 available if they don’t. So I received a refund

All I received was an empty slimy nasty envelope inside a clear envelope printed with we're sorry we care about your order. I notified the seller Fasteners Inc and they immediately shipped a replacement order with a tracking number no questions asked. So if you want to buy from an honest seller, these folks are it.
