Contacted seller, seller stated it was out of stock and wanted me to choose another rug. I told the seller that’s the one I wanted and to send a refund . Seller marked item shipped and wouldn’t respond. I contacted eBay and they started a case for me. I had to wait several more days and the seller never to eBay. Finally eBay stepped in and gave me a refund.
