The seller agreed to make a new helmet that definitely matched the description and did so very quickly. The new item is exactly what we are looking for and I cannot say enough about the courteous and prompt responses that we got. It was NOT the one shown in the photo. It was a gift that went directly to the recipient so I can't return it, but I will not be shopping with this seller again

It is a Christmas gift, so I needed to get it wrapped quickly to keep it a surprise. Thus, I haven't been able to check it out as closely as I would like, but there didn't appear to be any damage. Would recommend using a larger box with more padding next time this product is shipped. Otherwise, a good product and purchasing experience.
