This Seller had the hat wrapped in plastic in the box to keep it clean and dry during shipping. The other seller I had purchased form did not. This seller when above and beyond to protect the product in the box from getting dirty or damaged. The item was exactly as pictured/described. I would buy from seller again.

Great communicator, and the value was great for the excellent condition of the items I received. The packaging was perfect - and the shipping was expedited to arrive faster than expected. Great Store, Great service!!! Again - the condition was above and beyond even what the store would present them - I think this seller presses and shapes them to look perfect maybe.

Unfortunately, for some reason this particular hat does not run true to size. The hat was marked as a 7 1/2 but it fit more like a large 7 3/4. Explained this to seller and he was quite understanding. The return process was simple and all money paid was returned quickly. Great communication and customer service. Good Seller!
