Seller marked item shipped and wouldn’t respond. I contacted eBay and they started a case for me. I had to wait several more days and the seller never to eBay. Finally eBay stepped in and gave me a refund.

The alternate you selected for more exotic and unique pattern. That rug was discounted but I discounted more. You mentioned if it can't be in the same range just refund you, so I refunded. Brindles are more pricey.Again I am really sorry, you are always welcome to choose another one :)
