It came complete with the extra engraving tags, so the Tumi store near me was able to add my initials and give me a backup set (see photo). I didn't want to pay so much for shipping, but that's the courier's fault not the shipper. The box came on time before my next business trip and cruise. The seller included a card, which I appreciate. It was nice doing small business for my luxury big brand item, which I could finally afford!
