You look at the pics and tell me… Flag was taped to the mat with scotch tape. Luckily the flag wasn’t damaged much when removing or before hand when the frames were “unknowingly changed”. Offered to accept a return for full refund then wanted to send me a check for partial, agreed upon refund. Did send through PayPal. Beware of purchasing frames items from this seller. Make sure you get what you paid for!

Buyer then contacted me "apologizing that they didn't know why the item was still listed as available. It was previously sold several months ago at a show. They stated that eBay was linked to their online gallery & when it sells from there it is supposed to drop from eBay; not sure why that didn't happen. Also, stated they didn't send the offer." I previously sent 2 offers on this item over last 2 weeks w/no response. Very disappointed. Received Refund!
