Placed a big air pocket pad(only protective piece) on top of the package and then jammed it close in the box. They offered a refund on some of the money and that did make me somewhat happy. Just remember, If you have to force the box closed, it will get damaged in transit. Securing the item safely with protection on "ALL SIDES" and placing the item in a box without forcing close the box is the best option.
