This seller tried to fool me and ultimately caused me $23 damage. They shipped hard drives in totally inappropriate plain bubble envelope instead of a hard box. When contacted, they refused to confirm that drives are tested good, and ultimately refunded $43 instead of $66. After delivery, you decided you wanted a warranty, but they were never sold with a warranty. That's asking for something after the fact, and simply can not do that.
