classic mid-century modern Blenko #6424 vase or candle holder, designed by Joel Myers in 1964. The vase is blown in "Cobalt" blue crackle glass, which was produced from 1990 into the 2000s. This design was made in just one size, although actual heights vary slightly due to the nature of mouth blown glass. This one stands 5-1/8" tall. Condition: Excellent original condition, with no chips, cracks, or scratches, and the glass is clear
