The seller was in touch with me from the very beginning, the parcel was sent the next day, so I am satisfied with their service.

I actually reached out in a listing of the same speaker in a different color and asked if they had the same model in the color I wanted. The seller responded promptly that they had one available, it was not listed yet but they would reach back out when it was. They did exactly what they said they’d do and reached out when it was available for purchase. Shipping was quick. The packaging was protective and I got a great value. Thanks guys!
