Communication very slow and late, accepted eventually return but first they send me to post office with over 20kg box which was obviously too heavy. After second complain they send me the right way of sending them back printer. I paid £110

Their products are amazing and like new. I ordered a Lenovo with Windows 11. Computer arrived & well packed & like new. Unfortunately the screen was on an 18 inch stand so looking at the screen my neck hurt due to fractured vertebrae. I knew they did returns so contacted them - my fault entirely as ordered the wrong item. They couldn't have been more helpful. However i have to return it because i ordered a laptop for first time and i had no idea that 11.6" screen will be very small for me so i didn't use the laptop much but just turned it on and checked it. The return process was very smooth and easy. I have to pay the postage but they deducted it from the voucher value and i received full refund without postage deduction.
