I sent a message and pictures right away and this seller immediately refunded me. I was disappointed I couldn't have the item I ordered but I was very impressed at how timely and generous the seller was to help me resolve an issue that was not their fault at all. The own was packaged extremely well. I think I just got unlucky. I would shop here again in a heartbeat.
