It’s my first time ordering a fountain pen from a seller outside the U.S. and there was a delay due to customs, but the seller remained in communication the whole time and worked with the shipper. The item was packaged well and didn’t seem to have taken damage during travel (see photos). Would recommend this seller and purchase again.

Because of tariff-related nonsense and general instability of the U.S. at the moment (and through NO fault of the seller), the package was delayed beyond the expected date. The seller stayed in good communication with me, kindly explaining the situation and giving me updates when they learned more. Seller was responsive and helpful - warned there may be US Customs and duty payment required. FedEx was in incredibly helpful in getting cleared past a “toxics” declaration (ink). As seller suggested there was a duty to be paid later - handled via FedEx. Overall - seller was honest and effective, and - most importantly - great price! I would do business with this seller again…
