This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Buyers like this need to be banned from this platform. The pictures you sent me are different toys and it's clear as day. Buyer threatened me with negative feedback if I didn't give a partial refund. Sorry, I don't bow down to threats. It's sad sellers like me have to deal with BS with no protection or backing from anyone on this site.
