They also sent the wrong cord for charging. The lady at Verizon had trouble getting the SIM card in because there was a piece of plastic jammed in the slot. Verizon finally got it to work and I hope it doesn't break soon. No idea how this seller gets a positive 99% rating. Device was sent in its original box still and was 100% in open box condition. This particular device had not ever been used even. You claim there was "plastic" in the sim slot; this was likely the manufacturer sim card that is programmed into the phone at Verizon. Also the cord sent was the original one included with the phone so I am not sure how it would not of fit the phone. Please respond to us

This phone came in a reasonable amount of time and the seller was very kind send out a message saying what to do in case of a problem. Seller also didn't leave any smudges on the phone or the box!
