When I contacted the seller and asked for a refund, she asked for photos (which I sent) and questioned my claim. She has still not refunded my purchase. I firmly believe the merchandise was stolen by USPS Postal service which I have no control over. Remove negative feedback and I will replace earrings. thanks!
