The item was in pristine condition when it arrived. It was very well packed. The item was brand new, as described, and had all of the parts and instructions included. Oh, boy, was the value good. I received a brand new case from Davy Holland (including shipping and taxes) for $50 less than other internet offerings. I would strongly recommend buying from Davy Holland.
