Because they shipped quickly and the amp arrived in what appeared to be new condition as described. Unfortunately, the unit didn't work. But this seller was so responsive! Super fast responses. And once it was determined that the item was defective they immediately refunded my item. So even though the amp didn't work this was one of the best Ebay transactions I've had.
