My only "complaint", if you can call it that, is that the shipping packaging was pretty stark for a phone. It was just in thin plastic case and a USPS bubble envelop. I'd recommend at least a small cardboard box and some more bubble wrap in addition. That said, it came in perfect, and they've sold lots of phones, so what do I know. Would definitely buy from them again.

There was an address mix up and my item was delivered to a different state. I contacted the seller through eBay messages and got an almost immediate response. Seller was understanding, apologized and sent out another item that day. I received it quickly. All this for a $2 purchase. A few days after the purchase, I got a tracking number, followed by a successful delivery notification (but not to my address). A few days later, I received the shipment. I assume the tracking number was an attempt to appease some eBay system, but it just added confusion on my end. I order inexpensive coin cells that are never tracked - no problem. Low value items don't need, and should not be given, a tracking number.
