Finding the foam filled box probably one of the best means of re-packaging I've ever come across. The Rinnai water heater was well protected, and survived shipping perfectly, and unboxed completely mess free! Shipping was great, and your replies to my LP/NG concerns were prompt and accurate. The product was exactly as described, and exactly what was needed. Thank you, and will keep an eye on your products for any future needs!

As described in the listing, there were some cosmetic defects, that did not effect the units performance at all. At about half the price of one from the big box stores, I'll take it.
