Had to make numerous phone calls with DHL and then they were eventually sent back. Seller said they would get the certificate for a reship but never did. I wasted a lot of time between talking to seller and DHL/customs. The eBay listing says there is a phyto certificate included but it wasn’t. Then seller said they would refund money but they did not and had to use eBay to get it back.
