I politely requested a cancellation, which the seller personally denied, despite the clear delay. As an e-commerce seller myself, I find that kind of customer service unacceptable. If you’re not going to ship promptly, at least let buyers cancel. Zero communication from the seller outside of rejecting my cancellation request. Do not buy from this seller.

Once I understood the situation, I retract the bad review. This IS an excellent seller . I understand "life happens", and my apologies for the review.
