All the pieces were present (still new and factory sealed in plastic wrap), and the booklets and decals were included. It cost a little more than what official retailers would sell it, but not by too much (enough to cover shipping costs). I'm happy with it

A week went by and I asked for a tracking number which they promptly provided and that is when they actually shipped the item. The item arrived very quickly after it shipped and it was very well packaged and perfectly described. The seller did promptly respond to my questions when I asked them which is very nice. Good seller over all, despite the shipping issues.
