This vent system by Ubbink was required for the installation of a Tanjkless water heater I bought from this same company. Luckily they sold the pieces I needed. The item was like new in an opened box with all parts included. No smudges, basically looked like new. Seller ships fast!

As described in the listing, there were some cosmetic defects, that did not effect the units performance at all. At about half the price of one from the big box stores, I'll take it.
