My order was shipped from the UK to the US and took some time and was understandable. The only drawback with my order is the photo was put in just a thin cardboard envelope, and the envelope was pretty damaged when it arrived. The photo was only slightly bent and fortunately it was OK. I just wish the photo was sent between 2 pieces of stiff cardboard to ensure that the photo was not jeopardized during shipping.
